The Barbell Shoulder Press is a typical weight lifting exercise used to tone and strenthen deltoids and the trapezius. What you need for Barbell Shoulder Presses - Barbell
- Bench
- Rack
Barbell Shoulder Press Instructions - Grasp the barbell with both hands, a little wider apart than your shoulders, and rest the bar lightly on your upper chest.
- Press the barbell upwards until your arms are fully extended.
- Lower the bar back down to your chest at the same speed.
- Repeat.
