Pull Force T-Barbell Row by LPGmuscle

pull-force-close-upI was introduced Pull Force T-Barbell Row piece of exercise equipment made by LPGMuscle a couple weeks back and it really caught my attention. The Pull Force T-Barbell Row is designed to work entire back with a free style type of pulling motion, whereas the normal T-bar equipment locks you in with a single motion movement. This free style type of pulling motion hits the entire upper back area.

After trying it out this past week here at, this is our findings.

Pull Force T-Barbell Row by LPGMuscle Promotional Description

T-Bar, V-Bar or whatever you wanna call those one ended barbell rows it's a fact they rule for building Power and Mass.  Which is why we here at LPGmuscle are so excited about the new Pull Force T-Barbell Row system.  Designed around our Patent Pending split finger gripping handles, the Pull Force T-Barbell Row blows away anything out there with unbelievable gripping power, full live range of motion and a first ever Barbell Rowing platform that DOES NOT need to be bolted to the floor!  Add in some tricked out angled foot pads for perfect body positioning and you're looking at a row unit that will outperform commercial gym types at a fraction of the cost.  Pull Force T-Barbell Row can be had in whole or in parts to suit your training needs.

How the Pull Force T-Barbell Works:

Add weight and straddle the T-Bar as you normally would. Starting with an overhand grip rotate your hands while lifting and draw your shoulder blades together in the rear and return.

Why the Pull Force T-Barbell Row Works

With one fluid motion you hit the entire upper back muscle group. With the free style type motion you can build muscle in the entire upper back area without having to change bars or equipment.

Pull Force T-Barbell Row Overall Assessment

We at really like the Pull Force T-Barbell Row for several reasons.

  • The idea of hitting and strengthening the entire upper back muscle group with one fluid motion was intriguing to say the least, and it work.
  • We like using the split finger grip, you have little or no need for wrist straps or gloves.
  • We liked how quick and easy it was to adapt from a Pull Force Seated Row piece of equipment to the T-Barbell Row just by changing the eye bolt.
  • The price is right, just $54.95 for one piece of equipment to use for both the seated and T-Bar rows.
  • We did not use LPGMuscle's T-Bar platform or Olympic bar and weights. We used the Pull Force T-Barbell Row with the existing T-Bar equipment at our local gym and it work great.
  • And, the best part: the Pull Force T-Barbell Row are made in the United States and comes with a full lifetime replacement warranty.
