The last chapter in the Craig Titus and Kelly Ryan bodybuilder murder case cam e to an end in when Craig Titus and Kelly Ryan accomplice Anthony Gross pleaded no contest to charges of accessory to arson and conspiracy to commit arson in the Melissa James murder case.
The Craig Titus Kelly Ryan case drew national attention when bodybuilders Craig Titus and Kelly Ryan went on the run after Melissa James bound and tortured body was found in Kelly Ryan's torched Jaguar in the Las Vegas desert back in December 2005.
Anthony Gross Probation
If Anthony Gross successfully completes his probation, Anthony Gross will be permitted to withdraw his guilty plea to the two felony offenses, and instead plead guilty to a misdemeanor charge of Conspiracy to Commit 3rd Degree Arson. Anthony Gross will receive credit for time served.
If Anthony Gross doesn't complete the probation the two felony charges for his involvement in the Melissa James murder will remain.
